Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mweledicare, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of your country to use this platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not harass or abuse other users

4. Locum Protection Clause

The Employer agrees not to directly employ, solicit, or engage any locum staff introduced by Mweledicare within twelve (12) months from the last date of engagement unless expressly authorized in writing by Mweledicare or where the placement was designated as a full-time placement from the onset. Breach of this provision shall result in liability equivalent to three (3) months' gross remuneration.

5. Payment Terms

All services are charged according to the pricing displayed. Candidates pay a one-time registration fee of Ksh 1,000. Employers pay service fees upon successful placement. All payments must be made through approved channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mweledicare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

7. Modification of Terms

Mweledicare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
