1. Acceptance of terms
By using the Mweledicare website, client portal or candidate portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Specific engagements may also be governed by a quotation, contract or work order, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use of your account. Client accounts are opened for verified organisations and households.
3. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate and truthful information and documents
- Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorised to use
- Treat professionals, clients and staff with respect
4. Workforce services
Clients agree not to directly employ, solicit or engage any locum or placed professional introduced by Mweledicare within twelve (12) months from the last date of engagement, unless authorised in writing by Mweledicare or the placement was agreed as a permanent placement from the outset. A breach of this clause makes the client liable for a fee equal to three (3) months' gross remuneration of the professional concerned.
5. Medical supplies and equipment
Product requests submitted through our website or portal are requests for quotation and do not form a contract until Mweledicare issues a quotation and the client accepts it. Prices, availability and delivery dates are confirmed in the quotation. Equipment warranties and after-sales support are as stated in the quotation or delivery documents.
6. Facility services
Facility services are delivered according to the agreed scope of work, quotation and work order. Clients agree to provide safe access to the areas to be serviced and to sign off completed work or raise concerns within the agreed period.
7. Payments
Fees are set out in the applicable quotation, invoice or registration page. Payments must be made through the channels listed on our invoices, including M-Pesa and bank transfer. Credit terms apply only where approved in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mweledicare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or portals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
